I had this problem too. There used to be a pickup option to not reserve a time or something and it would remove the fee but it's not there anymore. Charging fees to pickup an item is ridiculous and makes ordering online for pickup useless now

So this H&S deal is for an 8.45 fl. oz. bottle.

OR you could buy the Equate version, in a 14.2 fl. oz. bottle for $2.84 per bottle.
