In for one in excellent condition, shipped, $481 after tax. Ticks all the boxes for me, only a bit worried about 350 nit screen, would love for it to be 450-500 range but can't complain at this price point.

It says Unavailable Nearby for any of the stores I've tried around me. I've seen people comment in this thread about being able to get one shipped. Do I just have to change my store location til I find one where it's available and then they'll be able to ship it? Would love to get this deal if possible

Thanks OP! I was able to order a "Fair" condition one for $413.99 for in store pickup an hour from my house. It seemed worth the gamble. I just got back with it and honestly it is in excellent condition with all things included and not a blemish to be seen.

Yup! Same exact thing happened to me. They couldn't find it. Told me that when there is only 1 in stock that it could be a glitch.

I asked them how often that happens and they couldn't give me an answer. Customer support is useless as well.

Yep. Went back to the usual $630ish. It looks like it was just a pricing error. About 3 stores near me had a few open boxes in stock when I last checked 2-3 days ago but this morning when it went down to $440ish, they all were unavailable (unless people bought it). When it reverted to the regular price, one store near me had it in stock. I guess YMMV.
