4.3 Color LCD Screen

Flexible Build Bed
220 x 220 x 250mm Print Size
Crazy 600mm/s. K1 is 12 times faster than a regular FDM 3D printer. Now, sit tight for the thrill of breathtaking speed. K1, with its stunning speed, will kindle people's zeal for 3D printing. A fast speed cuts printing time and raises efficiency. It uses less energy for the same output, thus more eco-friendly. Most importantly, it focuses on the pure joy of creation. With 20000mm/s² acceleration, K1 ramps up to 600mm/s in only 0.03s, delivering full speed in 90% of the printing time. K1 combines the nimble Core XY with a 190g lightweight printhead for less motion inertia. Agile and swift. New ceramic heater, encircling the entire hotend. It heats to 200? in 40s and melts the filament instantly. Dual-gear direct extruder, delivering 50N strong extrusion force. Hotend with a titanium alloy heatbreak and a copper alloy nozzle, working with flying colors in up to 300?. A large fan on the printhead with air ducts cools the model directly. An 18W auxiliary fan in the build chamber enhances the cooling effect, too. The model hardens before any stringing and warping could happen. It allows support-free bridges and overhangs. The latest self-developed slicer Creality Print 4.3 includes rich presets, and streamlines the slicing process into 3 simple stages. Even better, it bolsters high-speed printing with variable line width, arc path, and so on. K1 adopts the smart Creality OS. It features a straightforward UI, and syncs data and commands with PC, phone, Cloud, and add-on modules. The snappy dual-core 1.2GHz CPU powers high-speed printing with ease. The 8G ROM stores up to 400 model files and enables quick writing and reading.

Picked up k1 for $350 around thanksgiving, it also just works…awesome quality prints, just have to root to get full klipper….i can not justify spending 3x on bambu name, also, bambu spying on whatever you print on their printer

What's added into the full klipper IF?

So tempting to grab this one. Was deciding between Ender 3 V3 KE and CR-10 SE.

This is exponentially better. Can't beat a great XY

get the bambu, tired of creality shit not working. i have limited time with the job and kids and wife. i'm not trying to sit there an hour and tinker my printer. do i have to tinker with my table saw before cutting lumber? same concept, the hobby is the printing, not fixing the printer anymore

Makes sense if you're talking about an Ender 3. Not the K1. The K1 works great

There is an updated version called the K1C that is entering circulation. If anyone doesn't want to tinker and fix up the K1, consider waiting for the updated version.

I ended up with a P1S this week as an upgrade from my ender 3 S1 (highly recommend the upgrade), but unless these YouTube videos are recent, creality has addressed a majority of the issues the K1 series had at launch.

If someone can't afford to get into the bambu line, or enjoys the process of fine tuning a pinter, these don't seem like the worst investment anymore.

I second this. I also just bought a P1S to upgrade from my ender 3 s1 and I couldn't be happier.

The Bambus are definitely better. I'm on my second K1 Max now, the front panel shattered on the first within a couple weeks, but even before that there were alignment, cooling, and extrusion issues from the start. It is way better than my old monoprice select, but Creality support is terrible (I was only able to RMA through Amazon since it was still in the return window), and while you can "just print" some of the time, there are pretty much always little issues. Will be trying the second for a couple weeks, but it'll probably go back for a P1S.

I as well am done tinkering with Creality stuff. I have a Toybox that's more reliable than a toaster, but my Ender 3 V2 Neo consumed 12 hours of my holiday just getting it to work again after the last print. costs more for a Bambu...and I'm saving up. Tinkering to learn and fix something once and for all is great. Tinkering just to fix the same crap repeatedly is a waste of time.

If you don't own the printer, then be quiet and don't say anything.

Many people have great plug and play experiences with k1. Myself included.

Tired of fanboys gumming up the info channels on every other deal/forum/etc.

Creality pre-Bambu is not the same as Creality after.

Ender SE/KE and future forward should be better than the neos, v3, etc - which isn't good today given what you can get for a bit more.

GL w your Bambu purchase! Great machine, but not the only one.

Check out YT reviews comparing this to the Bambu Labs.

Bambu Labs 3D printer just work.

Bambu Lab printer is also $300-$600(P1S or x1c) more. Also Creality fixed a lot of the issues k1 had through both firmware update and hardware fixes. K1 for 399 with updated hardware is worth it.

Creality post bambu Lab has been dropping really good printers that just work. The ender 3 v3 ke, k1 and it's max version.

Add the fact that it is easier and cheaper to replace parts on the k1. can't say the same about bambu.

Arguing Bambu vs K1 at this point is like apple vs android. They both work great.
One does a little bit more for more money.
Open source vs. closed source.
Don't just follow all content creators words, they get paid by these companies to say what you want to hear.
Just get what's right for yourself and your needs or wants.
Happy New Year everyone!
