Definitely not superglue. You're thinking of liquid stitches or dermabond. This is different - it's not sticky. It's more like a liquid saran wrap.

These are good for when I scratch my skin due to eczema, but I find the Japanese liquid bandages ones to dry quicker and stay on longer
