The cost of cartridges is more than the printer itself.
Better to just buy a few and remove the cartridges.

I have had a canon MG series for 5+ years and I buy generic cheap ink on eBay.
But my next printer I'll probably go with one of the tank ones to avoid the hassle

During initialization the printers use up a significant amount of the "standard" ink cartridge that is included.
Like I said FREE Ink and sell off the crappy printer.

My PRO-100 is a champ. To this day has never clogged and works every time I need it.
By brother I mean the printer that doesn't ask to see your gold chain and punch you in the face.
