I see the only biggest advantage is TruRead, which says it takes 3 readings and do average. If you need it for old people, it has edge otherwise 7 series seems good enough. Still dont know what wireless means for home use.

If you move around in that period, your reads will be slightly inaccurate. No TruRead means fiddling around with the machine to get multiple reads => error is introduced.
Not a huge deal but the difference between 135 and 130 comes down to these sorts of small issues. If you are going to measure and monitor your BP then you may as well do it right because a few mm of hg is realistically all that you are going to observe as a difference with light meds or across days for most stage 1 or stage 2 hypertension. If that difference gets wiped out by equipment errors then not much point. I have seen as much as 10 mm of hg difference based on how the measurements are taken.
I know paying $15 -$20 for tech that averages 3 reads is stupid. Omron stuff is supposed to be best in class but it's like an alarm clock is being used to make medical decisions in an age and time where a single visit to cardiologist is $$$$. But it is what it is.
