Woot, no longer on sale now but I wouldn't pay 110 for this. It's really 1600 psi at 1.1 gpm, which is pretty weak

You can only get 3000psi out of it with no flow.
You can only get 1.3gpm out of it with no pressure.

Not the same one. This one has a brushless motor, working pressure is 2300psi @ 1.1gpm vs 1450 @ 1.1gpm on the woot one. If you're planning on doing any medium duty tasks and refuse or are unable to get a gas pressure washer, then you at least need an electric one with a brushless motor as the brushless motor gives you the extra power you need that a brushed motor simply cannot.
Unfortunately GPM is what cleans, psi doesn't make a big difference. Both of these machines are crap compared to a gas pressure washer at 3000 psi in the 2-3 GPM range. But they are cheap
