I usually use my own calculations on being 10 cents a load is average, anything less is a deal. This one is 107 loads so, 10.70 is the most I will pay
That can be a sliding scale,
If one brand uses their small load has stated loads and a another uses their medium has scale.
In the end it's how much the user puts in. I know someone that puts straight fabric softener to top level of the dispenser. I told her that is why her eczema is so bad.
I told her she could keep an extra bottle fill it with half or more of water then fill it with softener shake. Then she can just fill and go.
She was doing it for a while which was helping with her eczema. But I bet she quit cause she is always wearing long sleeves again and it's not to cover something else
I found this https://www.nytimes.com/wirecutte...detergent/ today. Short answer is Tide powder and liquid Free & Clear, but frankly I don't see a whole lot of difference in their test strips between those and others. They say Gain is not as good. FWIW
