This has been and will be this price twice a month consistently, They only raise prices to get the walk-in customers. No need to jump if you're not ready. Also don't forget about cash back sites. Aqueon 29 gallon footprint is prone to leak more than others with the same thickness glass as shorter aquariums by aqueon, gets a bow to it stresses on silicone and eventually leaks prematurely over larger aqueon aquariums. Look up top fin builds vs aqueon and you will see top fin even uses different thickness glass on similar aquariums than aqueon on smaller aquariums. Good deal buy them often with the cash back, will not set up another 29 gallon unless its for plants with a grow light, 20 long is solid, 40 breeders have been going strong for 7 years, 125 gallon 10 years plus, 75 gallon 5 years, They all hold expensive discus, zebra plecos, leopard frog plecos for breeding. All tanks will eventually fail like but the 29 gallon does not need to made at that height and thickness of glass

29 is a bit tall, a 20 long would be a good fit for a hamster though.

I used a 29 for some gerbils. They built crazy tunnels with so much vertical space.

I was going to say the same (except offerup is a better option these days). A lot of people want to offload their full setups

I highly suggest you pick up at store and not ship it to you. Reading several of the bad reviews, their tanks leaked when it was shipped to them. No one saying it's leaking after buying from the store.

Plenty of reviews on these aquariums, and several reviewers have posted photos. I'm not sure how long this particular sale lasts.

That 60 gallon is really cool - much better footprint than a 55. 55s are too tall and narrow from front to back (48" long x13"x21" tall), while this 60 is wider from back to front (48" long x18"x16" tall) which means more surface area for oxygen exchange and lower which is nice for short people like me.

It's like a 40 breeder with more room for aquascaping, which is also featured here on sale and another favorite of mine. I currently have a 40 breeder planted freshwater right now and had a 40b reef up and running not too long ago.

The 60 is basically the 40b but a foot longer. Both have great footprints for scaping with driftwood and rocks, or live rock for saltwater. I wish I had the space for a 60, I'd snap one up!

Regarding Craigslist, there's always a risk with leaks, you never know how many times the thing has been moved so the seals could be stressed (learned this the hard way with a used 55), but regardless, I just scored a 57 rimless (dimensions like a taller 40b) for $200. My dream tank!

Anyways, happy fishkeeping! Been doing it for 35+ years and I love it.
