I like bone conducting headphones. But the microphone on these is absolutely atrocious and if you accidentally triple click instead of double clicking for the next song it redials the last call.

yes. are you expecting audiophile quality, no. main benefit is spatial awareness when running, cycling, or working in the office.

Might be harder to tap into the 2-year warranty though thru ebay, which Shokz is pretty good about honoring. I just got a new set of OpenRuns after my headband snapped after using it heavily for 18 months.

I have no issues with the mic and everyone I talk to can hear me fine. These are ok for music especially if you need the open design. Have been using mine for 3+ years. One of the things it excels at is calls. The voice comes through so loud and clear I have to turn it down most of the time.

I love this device and have been using it for a couple of months. The best feature is that your ears are wide open and can listen to others without having to remove them. I've recently become 100% deaf in one ear so having my 'good' ear exposed allows me to hear the world around me still without removing the headphones. In some louder, crowded areas, they will not work as well as cans but I think that's understandable.

I use these for my mobile phone and my work laptop with no issues, 8 hours a day, 4-5 MS teams calls per day. It also has verbal battery alerts when you press the volume key, "Battery high/medium/low)" and "Charge me"

That's been my experience as well. I've bought 3 pairs and warrantied 3 times. Speaker rattle band breaking etc.

Their warranty is easy to work with, but these are certainly not durable.

Tried the Youthwhisper lite for $28 after coupon (msrp $50), to see if this deal is worth double the price. So far this deal is way better than the Youthwhisper. Neither have audiophile quality but the youthwhisper is significantly worse.
