For a more complete list of cheap digital movies on Amazon, this link to blu-ray.com is very useful. I saw it posted in another thread on SD and bookmarked it. This list also only shows the titles that are Movies Anywhere elgible.

I thought Lucy was pretty good and entertaining.
Then again I thought transcendence was good too when most hated that movie.

Well worth the $5.

Lucy was so disappointing…go in with low expectations if you haven't seen it.

one of the dumbest movies I've ever seen. Luc Besson really fell off after the 90s, unfortunately.

Ditto on the thumbs down for Lucy.
1 view when there's nothing else to watch, especially for the odd Koyaanisqatsi bit.

And yes, Luc is at it again in Taipei.

Otherwise, La Femme Nikita or Leon. Definitely better.

It's like a overhyped roller-coaster.

Starts with a great buildup and then ends with something that makes you internally frustrated you even got on.

For five bucks It's worth the ride.

Strangely, I recently watched Lucy while on a flight to Taipei. I thought the build up to 100% was really good, I was vested and wondered wtf was going to happen, but the results failed to deliver. I'd still recommend a go at it, although I am sure the IFE made the CGI look better than it actually is.

if you have Netflix, Lucy is currently on there for your included subscription fee.

I love Taiwan but I'm not sure this is the best movie (even in 4K) to showcase it. especially not with some random Korean drug cartel shooting up a high end hotel lobby.

What this movie has to do with Lucy? You made it sound like Lucy 2. Wasted my time

Agree that Lucy was bottom tier Luc Besson. But if you love his style, it's still worth a watch.
The Social Network is probably the best film on this list. Or Dr. Strangelove if you're willing to watch older movies. A lot of younger people are not interested in 50 year old cinema.
In for The Guest, as Maika Monroe is an absolute gem. Strong feeling it's going to be a terrible movie and I just wasted $5. But my $5 to waste.
