First, easy to split into 4 smaller pieces, giving you 240 x 2.5 mg at roughly 1.5 cents apiece.

No coupon for me but a 50% code. Had to add item to my cart, go to checkout page, add the 10mela50 code, see it apply, back out to the cart, and then go S%S giving me $3.47 final price 15% S&S plus 50% off code.

Great deal but I just don't get the logic behind melatonin gummies.
Typically when I take melatonin I'm crawling into bed and have already brushed my teeth.

Be sure to cut these in half - 5mg will give you some crazy dreams, but much more than that, and you'll get a headache/hangover in the morning.

If you're new to melatonin, 10mg is basically the max dose you can take that your body can absorb. So this would be considered a strong dose. If you're just starting, cut these, or find a 3mg or 5mg dose. But everyone's different, so you may feel nothing with 10mg, or fall asleep in the first 5 min of your Netflix show with 3mg.

Got 3mg Melatonin at DollarTree. Tried it for a week. Nothing. Never helped to fall asleep. Perhaps as you mentioned I have to try rise the doze. It's abysmal experience not to have a sleep or have insomnia. I hate and afraid to use all these drugs to at least have somehting far similar to a sleep, but it's better than nothing. When stress ruined your health it's almost impossible to replenish nerves, I'm so sorry for everyone who became victims of stress as we, mostly, have to live rest of life on medications.

FYI the more you take external melatonin the less your body will produce. Good sleep hygiene is needed if you "need" melatonin.

These really need to get regulated. 10mg is WILD, considering around .3mg is sufficient to induce drowsiness and result in a good sleep.

It's like a race to the bottom with supplement companies to brag about the high numbers so that you can get your "money's worth", but all I wanna do is get a reasonable dosage so I don't have to buy a tiny 3mg tablet and cut it into a bunch of pieces.

I'll take a piece of a tablet an hour before bed if my mind is racing too much and I can't get to sleep, but some people load up on this stuff on a nightly basis and then wonder why they can't get to sleep normally any longer.

Yes on the dreams! I tried to bump up from 2mg time released to 3mg. Those were some reeeeaaaaaal weird dreams. Not exactly vivid, but left strong impressions. Not going that high again!
