People who can't have a lot of sodium in their diets but appreciate the protein and healthy fats. You can always add your own salt if you'd like to control the amount.

too late now but FWIW you can crush them and throw some in yogurt, you can put them in indian recipes, thai recipes, in some cases chinese food, salads, you could even crush them and put them in desserts like ice cream or cookies or cannoli. you won't miss the salt in these contexts.

I bought this last time and tbh underestimated how awful unsalted mixed nuts taste… the stuff got thrown after sitting there after 6 months. Never again.. hopefully!

Just FYI, when you click 27 oz, it takes you to NON-deluxe nuts (i.e., with peanuts), and that's why it APPEARS cheaper. But not same...so go with 34oz if you want the deluxe.

Just wondering why they have to add peanut oil to these mixes. It seems to be very common with big brands. Unfortunately, since I have to watch my fat, I usually have to buy nuts by individual kind, and make my own mix. My family actually likes that better, and when I entertain, I add in a few that are salted, some chocolate chips, and raisins. It does get expensive so if anyone knows where to buy unsalted, un-oiled nuts for cheap, please share. Trader Joe's is where I usually find them or Aldi's if I can get there.

I do too. These are great and a handful a day is good for you.
