Anyone that created an account for this, put in an account delete request here: Privacy Web Form https://privacyportal.o After you select your state, it will prompt what type of request you are making. Select "Delete My Account and/or Personal Information" I'd suggest adding a reason along the lines of "I've lost confidence in Applebee's data handling based on the Date Night promotion technical errors" Source: This is linked from the footer of the Applebee's site. Agreed. The IT people are just the ones doing the will of those idiots. The IT people are most likely given a set number of passes available, they input the number in and thats all. They dont make the decisions.
