How do you get this to work if you only keep it for 4 months?
Thought it's a 24 Month Bill credit?

Thank you for all the information. Based on your research, if the promo didn't work it was known right away, right? Don't want to find out three months into the promo that Google decided I wasn't eligible.

Are they blocking anyone? I did this for my 23 Ultra , I saw the 650 option but it says service temporarily unavailable when I check the cart. But if I'm on another Google account it's working fine just showing the 24month option

I just want to activate an account with Google Fi for a month to be qualified to purchase this S24 Ultra with $650 off after 120 days (4 months of $20/month) and I'm willing to spend an extra month cost for the new sign up on my existing phone to be qualified.

did you have to choose SIM kit to get shipped and then activate eSIM after? i dont see option for eSIM, just SIM kit

what i mean is there is always physical SIM kit in my cart, no option to add eSIM to the cart?

I think it took 24 hours after activation for promo tracker to say it wasn't active on my account and the phone was activated on a new account. And you will get emails about it. So, you'll know before the return period ends, as long as you activate fast after getting the shipment. Allegedly, it starts counting the days, like 1/120, to show full promo completion after activation, but I never got to that part.

replying to myself. After you purchase SIM Kit, you get option to activate it as eSIM in the App.

Still got 9 days left of the S23U promo but still had the S24U promo. Still planning on waiting till the 9 days are up simply due to Fi always botching these promos. Not worth the headache.

They only offered $375 for my 512gb S23 Ultra (which I got from Fi last year for $650 on a similar deal)! I'm going to try to sell it on Swappa. I just need to get close to $500 to feel like I got a good deal.

The phone comes unlocked (it's the same as a Samsung Factory Unlocked phone). You can use it with another carrier's pSIM from Day 1 after activating then removing the Fi pSIM. You can also use its eSIM with another carrier along with the Fi pSIM.

Some but not a large number. I think there were around 10 cases reported in the S23 pre-release thread (among who knows how many people that did the deal).
