How do you get this to work if you only keep it for 4 months?
Thought it's a 24 Month Bill credit?

When you place an order it gives you an approximate time of delivery. Dates vary based on model & color.

But Fi will have to wait for Samsung to ship the S24 phones to them when Samsung decides to start shipping. So it will take longer than getting a FI SIM which Fi has plenty on hand.

Correct that is what i was told. So the phone comes unlocked but you need to use on acct without changes to acct for 120days then your free to take off or do whatever.

After you've activated the S24 with its physical SIM (and you don't need/want to use the Fi service that you're paying for), you can remove the Fi SIM, stash it away (do NOT use in another phone), then use the phone with whichever provider you want from Day 1. I've done that with all the Fi phones that I've bought with promotion discounts.

Question about pre-ordering today. S24+ states it will arrive something in March. I personally don't use Fi for my primary service. Would I be able to pre-order and then pause my service until the phone arrives? I personally would not want to pay for 1.5 months of service as it makes this deal a lot less slick. I know OP had his service paused when ordering and his order eventually got canceled.

You can proceed as you wish, but folks like myself (who haven't had Fi in over 180 days and able to order phone with an instant discount) are already on thin ice with this deal. I'd not pause the service. 1.5 month of Flex plan is $35 or so, you're saving over $500 with this deal.

Thanks. Just checking in there are any possible data points. In my case, I did not reactivate. I have my fi plan in pause for most of the year. I unpause it when I travel internationally as I find fi service to be best for international coverage.
A month of flexible with 0 data usage is almost $30 for me. So if i pay an extra 1-2 months of service i think this deal is more lukewarm and almost comparable to samsung's trade in
