I do not recommend Spectrum Mobile. They are an MVNO on Verizon towers and when the network is congested, you have little to no connection because your priority is so low. There is also no upgrade option for a prioritized connection. I dropped them after 1 month.
I test with the following tiv samsung phones:

A14 $714
A54 $770
S23fe $880
S23+ $994
Trade in my Google Pixel 6A for $757 that I originally got from metro for $50 years ago. Makes this a true slickdeal 🫡

No micro SD card slot, no thank you. My next phone looks like it will be a Sony or oneplus unless Samsung rights this wrong.

It's always possible, they did finally ditch the stupid curved screens this year.

How do you get the free mobile promotion? Is it targeted?
Not sure if promotion is still there, but if you sign up for high-speed internet (500Mbps), they were giving mobile line for 12 months free.

Looks to me like you have to have a 3 year contract for this to work. Also says it expires on the 30th…

There's an Amex deal that could save you guys an extra $50 if you have this offer on one of your Amex cards.

There's another offer that's for 5% off wireless up to $30 back that might stack.

Unfortunately, the Spectrum deal is no longer available. I spoke to an agent when I didn't see it on my app - the enrollment for the offer has reached. Merchant is not accepting other enrollments for the offer. Hence, the reason why you can't see the offer on your end anymore ://

In S24 order page, it says
Promotion requires customers to trade in qualifying device, purchase and activate a new phone. If new phone paid in full, credit applied to purchase. If new phone financed, credit applied to bill in pro-rated increments for the duration of the Device Payment Plan. If the final trade-in value exceeds the cost of the new device, the difference will be refunded to your Spectrum Mobile Account. Trade-in device must have a value greater than $1. Visit spectrummobile.com/tradein for details. Restrictions apply. Subject to change.

There is no notion of 36 month DPP. Maybe Spectrum added the 36 month later once they figured out this thread?

Not just 30 pages. There were dozen spectrum deals in the past 2 years. So far only 1 person found out 36 month requirement. Lol

The trade in offer is going to be there for a while. Here is the fine print for trade in. They do not talk about an end date like 1/30 here

The offer for additional storage though says

"Terms and Conditions
1/17/2024 –1/30/2024, or while supplies last, pre-order and purchase a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 512 GB* ("Qualifying Purchase") for the price of the next lowest storage level at participating carriers and retailers. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Additional storage is non transferrable and limited to 1 per Qualifying Purchase. If you return or cancel your purchase the discount will be lost. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Samsung reserves the right to modify or discontinue offers at any time by posting a notice on the app or website.
* Portion of storage occupied by existing content
© 2024 Samsung Electronics America, Inc. Samsung, Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra are all trademarks of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. All other brand, product, and service names and logos are marks of their respective owners"

So, the trade in is going to stay while the double storage is going to go away....
Wait, so the free memory upgrade is only for the S24 Ultra and not the base or plus models? I thought it was for all 3 models Frown

It just popped up this morning, chat reps are notorious for making things up to get people to go away.

You can ask a Spectrum service rep to refund the trade-in credit directly to the credit card you used if you paid full price up front for the phone.

So the $50 Amex Spectrum deal is still available? I have the basic Amex no-fee credit card and it seems I never get the deals that are posted here on SD.

1. Is there a time limit on activation? I am currently on another plan and it might be 60 days before i can port the number over to Spectrum.
2. Can I activate the S24 on the line, then use the line with a different phone for 60 days, then put the s24 back on that line, then request unlock or does the S24 needs to be on that line for 60 days before unlocking
Can anyone speak to these? I can't find this info anywhere. TIA
