I do not recommend Spectrum Mobile. They are an MVNO on Verizon towers and when the network is congested, you have little to no connection because your priority is so low. There is also no upgrade option for a prioritized connection. I dropped them after 1 month.
I test with the following tiv samsung phones:

A14 $714
A54 $770
S23fe $880
S23+ $994
Trade in my Google Pixel 6A for $757 that I originally got from metro for $50 years ago. Makes this a true slickdeal 🫡

There are lots of comments in this thread from people concerned about their trade-in values not being honored. In my case S20 has bleeding pixels on the screen, shattered glass black, and the top half of the touchscreen is unresponsive. I've noted all of that in the trade-in questions and I'm still getting offered $707. This seems like too good of a deal for me to pass up. Is there any reason for me to be concerned that I wouldn't get $707 once they receive and inspect the device?

That's also not true. Refer to Spectrum Mobile's How to Trade In page here: https://www.spectrum.net/support/mobile/trade-your-mobile-device?opredirect=trade-in-device&cmp=trad... [spectrum.net]

"Your offer may be adjusted based on the condition of your device. If you accept the offer, you'll either receive a credit in the form of a refund to the same credit card you used to purchase the new device or it can be applied to your Device Payment Plan. If you decline the offer, Assurant will mail your device back to you. If your adjusted offer is $0, you will no longer receive a promotional credit for your trade-in device."
Oh wow, I was so so wrong. Damn!

They're offering you $7. Everyone gets $700 if you have anything to send in.

It looks like I can buy another S24 now. Has anybody tried? I know when Pixel 8 Pro was out, people bought more than one phones under one line.

Is there any risk of not getting the credit back to CC? I don't plan to stick with them (not a current customer actually).
This is what I'm worried about..

Once tradein is approved, you will get an email, and on the next day, credits get reflected on your account. Then you have to request a Spectrum agent to credit back to your card. No need to worry they do it for sure!

I think you can insert the sim to another phone after the first phone is unlocked, to unlock it after another 60 days. Or consider that locked phone for trading in later.

Why is this deal getting thumbs up and the samsung deal from their website downvoted? This appears more expensive when I see price in cart for S24+ ?
The key point of this deal is to trade in a cheap $40 phone to get $700 off

I really want the Ultra because I miss the Note, but I'm not willing to pay even $500 for a phone lol
