WATCH OUT for your trade-in

TAKE FULL length video

I sent my trade-in, but Samsung today emailed me saying I shiped a EMPTY box with a single picture

I TOOK a full length WITHOUT any cut showing the entire process how I pack the trade-in till the box is fully sealed

MOST ridiculously, the box shown in theis photo is COMPLETELY different than what I used

I used a very small box, but the box in photo is quite a large one

Samsung use FEDEX. Fedex employees steal phones all the time.

Spectrum use USPS. A lot safer.

Fedex should calculate weight of their packages right? Empty box shouldn't weigh much, probably you can use that to argue phone was shipped.

Samsung CS will take care that for you once you said you have video proof. They will manually approve the trade-in.
