samsung
this year, they change the trad-in partner, I think it was in TN, now it is in TX
so a new partner trying to walk the same old way as the one in TN
I do not think a few OZ of the phone would be weighed out
for my case, the box IS totally different than what I used
not quickly this time
it was usually instant resolution by CS
now they say they need escalating this issue so that this issue will get resolve.
