I noticed on my spectrum mobile account, because my phones were paid in full, it shows the line is eligible for upgrade. Does this mean I could use the same phone line (without opening another line) and get another S24 phone trade in if my in-store trade in is considered complete or should I wait 60 days to unlock first?
Be aware of that. If you check some posts in this thread, when the system listed device is not the same device you want to unlock, it would lead to a failed to unlock situation.

TLDR; I wouldn't worry until it's actually time to be worried. Just be patient.
I have been patient for almost 14 days, that is the issue I am almost at the return cut off. I told myself that I would not be concerned until almost at the 14 day mark and here I am. My package has just been sitting at Coppell Distribution Center for days, longer than some other people who have been posting that their package is delivered. I would not have done this deal if I had known that USPS would not deliver the package this many days beyond the delivery range and just let it sit there not marked as delivered at the destination. Obviously I have zero interest at all in this device without the trade in credit.

The 14 days should be from delivered date. Not the order date.

Same, my two package is still stuck in the Coppell Dist Center since 1/26. I've received a response back from the USPS investigation team suggesting the package might've been lost. I contacted Spectrum to escalate the issue and also send an email to [email protected] to help track down the package or advise the next step if the package is lost in transit.

it looks like Assurant is delaying the trade in, if they don't give an update by Mon I will have to return the new phone.
Your device was received at our warehouse on 01/26/2024. It should be assessed by 01/30/2024.

Just an updated. Dropped my two trade in at post office 1/30, today 2/2; one shows delivered and one preparing for delivery. Somehow the one delivered is "Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility", I think Assurant went and picked up those packages since I believe there were too many, so USPS just called them over and picked it up. Somehow they missed my other package. Let see what happen tomorrow.

mine did the same the final approval credit email came 3 biz days after the promised assessment date of 1/27. So you should expect it by Monday. But all this backlog may be delaying that.
