I do not recommend Spectrum Mobile. They are an MVNO on Verizon towers and when the network is congested, you have little to no connection because your priority is so low. There is also no upgrade option for a prioritized connection. I dropped them after 1 month.
I test with the following tiv samsung phones:

A14 $714
A54 $770
S23fe $880
S23+ $994
Trade in my Google Pixel 6A for $757 that I originally got from metro for $50 years ago. Makes this a true slickdeal 🫔

No, it is not and a rep told me that it is going to be displayed in a few days after the order ships.
Same on no credit showing, but also, I haven't been charged for the original purchase yet.

Thanks, was curious what would happen in this scenario. Hope it ships out for you soon. At least your credit is waiting for you when it does.

Am I correct in assuming that once I get my trade-in credit card refund for a paid-in-full phone and it unlocks after 60 days - that I can close my account and owe nothing?

The same. I was told about the back order until 2/22. I ordered it on 1/30 as well and trade-in was approved on 2/8.
I am in the same boat, and Spectrum doesn't have a clue whats happening. I was on a call with them for 2 hours, and they told me that your phone should have been received by now, and we are not sure what's happening. My trade was also accepted on Feb 5th

You have the options below.

1. Wait and see if you will receive your phone.
2. Cancel the order and place a new one.

What happens to my trade-in? They don't have an answer.

You have to make sure you at least activate the device on the line, and also unless something has changed recently you will have to call to get the phone unlocked after 60 days. Other than that you are good to go.

If you switch your device associated with the line and/or purchase another device on the same line before the end of the 60 days you might not be able to unlock because customer service has been telling people that you have to have device associated with the line for 60 days for them to unlock it. This is different than last year where they would be unlock immediately if paid in full.

Kind of strange… I shipped three trade ins at the same time from the same post office. One of the three shows delivered in coppel today, and the other today just show that they departed my local post office, with no additional scans. I would think they would've all gone together

Whatever you do, do not cancel that order!! Canceling would invalidate the trade-in credit and you will not be able to get your trade-in phone returned. Doing a new order will not transfer the trade-in credit to the new order. Sorry you're kinda stuck in limbo until the preorder ships.

This is coming from someone who had an order cancelled after shipping out the trade-in. Now I can't get the old phone back nor get the trade-in credit to show up on my account even though I placed a replacement order. They said the trade-in credits are order specific and cannot transfer.

Refund cancelled.
Called in spectrum to get my tradein refunded to credit card. They processed it, and the refund was showing a pending status on my card. But today I can't see it anymore.

Looks like you have enough evidence. Hopefully you will have luck through the e-mail without having to escalate beyond that. The battery indicator looks full but obviously transit time could be enough to drain it if it was left on. Seems pretty lazy on their part if they do not try plugging in phones that do not power on but I would not be surprised. Then again, others seem to report their denials were reversed without any explanation too.
I got a lengthy response from that support email and basically saying what the evaluate outcome is all they will go by; doesn't even review/considered what I can provide to them to proof that the device condition.

The rep did offer this "What I can do as a courtesy is to reach out to our warehouse team and see if they are able to pull the device and re-verify the Anti-Theft. Please keep in mind that I am not able to guarantee that they will be able to."

As some other SDer have issue with their trade-in, I think I will begin my return process by the deadline (Wednesday) so at the most I would just lose the $50 return penalty and line activation fee.

It may be just your credit card is processing the pending credit. Give it a day or two.
I requested to credit back to debit card, and it's also pending. I will wait and hopefully see it posted by the end of this week.

Who told you it was cancelled? You mean the pending refund at your bank simply disappeared?
