Fuds are gonna fud, ignore them.
1. i am on the $29.99 buy one get one free plan (total 2 lines) when I signed up just last week, I know I can change plan easily on spectrum app, but in those 2 lines, which line did I change plan? in store, there's $14 per gig plan but on the app, it's only $19.99 per line. is it better for me to call or chat online to change it to $14 plan per line and does it still give me that free line? so my plan can be $14.99 for 2 lines next month?
2. when 60 days' up, how do I unlock s24? just call or chat and give them my 2 phones' IMEI? looks like it'll have to be exactly day 60 or 61 days, so no choice but to prepare to pay for the 3rd month?
thank you so much in advance!
