I do not recommend Spectrum Mobile. They are an MVNO on Verizon towers and when the network is congested, you have little to no connection because your priority is so low. There is also no upgrade option for a prioritized connection. I dropped them after 1 month.
I test with the following tiv samsung phones:

A14 $714
A54 $770
S23fe $880
S23+ $994
Trade in my Google Pixel 6A for $757 that I originally got from metro for $50 years ago. Makes this a true slickdeal 🫡

Hey bruhs, just want to give another update, just opened another 40 lines and got 40 S24 Ultras after doing 120 trade ins. The store employees gave me a high five and said everybody should be doing this. Then the CEO called me and asked me if I could do this some more in some other stores. Ignore the FUD bruhs.

can someone help me with these please?

1. i am on the $29.99 buy one get one free plan (total 2 lines) when I signed up just last week, I know I can change plan easily on spectrum app, but in those 2 lines, which line did I change plan? in store, there's $14 per gig plan but on the app, it's only $19.99 per line. is it better for me to call or chat online to change it to $14 plan per line and does it still give me that free line? so my plan can be $14.99 for 2 lines next month?

2. when 60 days' up, how do I unlock s24? just call or chat and give them my 2 phones' IMEI? looks like it'll have to be exactly day 60 or 61 days, so no choice but to prepare to pay for the 3rd month?

thank you so much in advance!

Don't believe the previous response. If you are still on a payment plan (even if that payment plan has credits that make the payment from you $0), the phone isn't paid off and would be blocked from trade in
Anyone know what is the solution for this?
i just got home with device and checked spectrum emails and looks like they processed it as device payment plan? i was hoping to do one more tradein to s24 upgrade.

Edit: I called spectrum support and they said after the trade in is processed ( in 2 weeks) i can call them and ask them to apply credits towards full phone price, I dont think i can believe these guys..anyone with similar experience?

Did you do trade in at the store? If so, the trade in should be processed immediately. If not, if you have not yet mailed your trade in you could potentially return the device and purchase it again without the payment plan.

Can you please share with us how you were able to do this deal without providing Spectrum your personal information?
