I am hedging on this. I requested SIM cards after my first set of phones arrived. Each subsequent pair are activated with eSIM and then I immediately switch the service back to the SIM card.

I'll report back after the first set get to 61 days!
Ok, thank you

Looks like they are not processing in the order trade-ins delivered, mine delivered on 25th and they keep changing processing date every 2 days, supposedly done by 29th and still haven't received confirmation.
I am in the same boat as you. My phone was received on 25 and supposedly done by 27th and still haven't received confirmation.

Several people in that situation have reported e-mailing Assurant and getting a response. They do not have a phone number. E-mail is [email protected]. If it is beyond the estimated evaluation date might be worth sending a quick message to them.
I just sent them an email. Let's see how it goes. Thanks again.

Yes, sounds like you haven't bought Samsung or apple phones for years.

I remember the first time I opened a phone and it did not include one and I thought low class/cheap it was for these companies that have phones with $800+ MSRPs to not even include a charger anymore. No matter how quality the phone is now whenever I open the box and it does not include a charger my first thought is how cheap these companies are getting. If they are cutting that corner I can only imagine what other corners they are cutting.

When you see deals like this where they are basically giving S24s away for free and they do not even include chargers anymore in the box I really feel that the MSRP is a huge grift at this point and aside from their branding/name are probably more realistically $199 MSRP.

I know many do not use charging adapters as wireless chargers and USB-C ports available everywhere, but manufacturers should provide option to ship it free in case anyone wants them.

Wireless chargers still plug into the adapter, in fact some wireless chargers have started not including the wall adapter either. USB-C ports are definitely not universally available especially in private residences where people are most likely to charge their devices. People have to originally get them from somewhere. They only reason why so many people have them in the first place is because they were included with devices in the past.

Yeah I think the CDMA vs GSM thing has become largely irrelevant with LTE and 5g. The main limit for newer devices is carrier lock or if you live in an area with limited bands with an incompatible device.

Another data point. Assistant replied to my inquiry and said it can take up to 10 biz days from received date to assess. I think I made a mistake by sending the S24 with all original box and manuals. They may think it's a brand new unit and inquiring why people are trading in brand new latest flagship phones.

I sent mine on original box. No problems. Box was opened and taped back up before placing in shipping box. They see too many phones to care about who sends what and why.
