Same here - delivered / picked up by individual today @ 9:55am zip code 75057, refused 3 times @ 12:11pm & 12:12pm zip code 75260
Thanks for the reply. Even though it is strange the fact that somebody else is reporting the same is reassuring. I was concerned package was being returned to me for some reason but then realized Assurant puts their own address for both shipping and return. How can USPS and Assurant have so many processing errors for something that they deal with every day? Poor logistics.

Mine was delivered on the 2/22, with an assessment date of 2/24. Still no assessment. Emailed them yesterday, they responded back saying that they have sent an inquiry to warehouse management to see if they could locate the device.
Does this work 🤔?

I just sent an email earlier today for the status update. Hopefully, they will start looking at my phone soon. This is frustrating.

Spectrum usually activate automatically after 7 days of delivery.

Pro tip: Once the phone is unlocked, use patcheD Odin to convert it to retail US firmware (U to U1). Helps get rid of Spectrum bootlogo and some bloatware. OTA will work and you will get quicker updates.

This means that the phone needs to be root?
