I do not recommend Spectrum Mobile. They are an MVNO on Verizon towers and when the network is congested, you have little to no connection because your priority is so low. There is also no upgrade option for a prioritized connection. I dropped them after 1 month.

My device was delivered on 02/28. They keep changing assessment date as 3/1 and 3/3. Till today there is no update. Assurant email support also seems just trying to buy some time.
Anyone in the same boat?

I am in the same boat with you. Mine was received since 2/25. They kept changing my assessment date to 2/27 or 2/29. I will wait for another week and will start contacting Spectrum, my credit card, etc.. The silence from Assurant is unacceptable.

I got a mail few minutes back, which transcripts like they lost my device and now they will send me a check but they have no control or ETA on that

My device was received 1.5 weeks ago and has still not been assessed. My previous experience with Assurant has always been device evaluated within a day or two. No clue what in the world is going on. Extremely annoying because I wanted to get this done within Spectrum return window. If there is an issue now will be much bigger hassle. But I will file whatever complaints needed.

my guess is Assurant can't keep or get enough employees to keep the process moving, or they don't want to hire for the trade-in swells that happen with promotions like this Spectrum promotion.

Shipped 2 phones on March 1st; both were picked up on March 8th.
Received successful trade-in emails on March 11th and 13th.
Credits appeared two days later.

I didn't do anything, I tried couple times. Worked after 14 days. Tried 2 trade ins on 02/14, only 1 worked. After that couple times I tried , but couldn't work. Tried again on 02/29 as it was last day for the offer. It worked..

I mailed out the exact same day as you 3/1. They received on 3/4 but have been sitting in warehouse with no updates since then. This is absolutely maddening.
