I do not recommend Spectrum Mobile. They are an MVNO on Verizon towers and when the network is congested, you have little to no connection because your priority is so low. There is also no upgrade option for a prioritized connection. I dropped them after 1 month.

Have you received any email confirmation of the line cancelled yet? I was told I should received one but haven't seen it yet. The rep wasn't able to give me the date when the current billing period ends as well. I guess I will have to take her word for it.
I cancelled 4 lines with 4 different phone reps. I didn't get any email confirmation. The line was removed from my account instantly each time.

Hmmm, my line is still visible on the website, was told that it will continue to be active till the billing cycle ends. Are you saying that cancellation should instantly cancel the line/service. If that's the case, I might need to call and confirm before my autopay comes in beginning of April.

Maybe something changed since I cancelled my lines at the end of December 2023.

Port out to cancel is instantly. No need to talk to them is priceless.

60 days from activation. Reps sometime have issues with math and may unlock it a few days early if you get lucky.

I asked for unlock on day 55, the rep said at least 60 days before I can request. Today, I'm at day 58, tried to unlock, the rep said "device locked: failed" and said check back tomorrow.

I emailed them and was told the refund would take up to 1-2 billing cycles. We just have to wait I guess...

Since people are starting to get devices unlocked,
Can anyone let us know if you have single line but did multiple trade ins and could still unlocked those devices that's not on the current activated line please?

I didn't do this but just wondering and like to know for next rounds trade in if the deals come up.

TIA.

I'll give you guys the basics I'm not good at the details. You download the modded version of Odin. You download the XAA firmware for the S24 model you have. You flash the 4 files in the modified Odin. In about 5-10 minutes the phone restarts just like you got a brand new unlocked version from Samsung. Backup anything you don't want to lose because everything was gone when it booted up for me.
Where did you download the XAA firmware? I was looking at XDA forum. Seems they have too many. Thanks.

Edit, found it.

Spectrum could see Assurant approved the trade in credit for $1,085, and said they are waiting on Assurant to give Spectrum the credit.

Not my data point, but someone I know has the trade in credit showing up on the Spectrum account as pending now. But it is showing it'll be applied to the next bill. Check your Spectrum app, maybe this means it has gone through the review process?
