I do not recommend Spectrum Mobile. They are an MVNO on Verizon towers and when the network is congested, you have little to no connection because your priority is so low. There is also no upgrade option for a prioritized connection. I dropped them after 1 month.

Trade in my Google Pixel 6A for $757 that I originally got from metro for $50 years ago. Makes this a true slickdeal 🫡

I'll give you guys the basics I'm not good at the details. You download the modded version of Odin. You download the XAA firmware for the S24 model you have. You flash the 4 files in the modified Odin. In about 5-10 minutes the phone restarts just like you got a brand new unlocked version from Samsung. Backup anything you don't want to lose because everything was gone when it booted up for me.

Can you please post/message me the link to XAA firmware and ODIN download link. thanks

No, not received, thinking delay is from Assurant and probably will have to wait two billing cycles.

So I called before the end of the billing cycle to cancel my mobile line. I was told by the rep that the lines were canceled. I proceeded to get charged for another billing cycle. I call again and the rep tells me that this is normal, the lines are already canceled but will need to wait until 5/1 to be terminated. Am I getting cheated by multiple reps?
Seems like I was being cheated. Called again and the 3rd rep said that they saw a pending deactivation after 30 days but was able to cancel that pending deactivation and replace it with an immediate one. I think New York has a law for pro rating cancelations so hopefully I'll get most of my money back. I got an immediate email that my account was closed.

I wonder if reps are incentivized to keep you longer on the plan and can't think of any other reason deactivating in the future.

Are there any port out deals we can take advantage of instead of outright cancelling the plan?

Metro by Tmobile since they accept online port-in now.

I activated my initial line on my s24 on 2/2 but on 2/28 I upgraded my s24 to s24ultra..
Since from 2/2, 60 days have passed now, can I request an unlock now or do I wait 60days from 2/28- for my S24U??
the line is working as an esim on my s24U.

So you never got the S24, correct?
But you expect the $700+ trade-in credit?
Spectrum wasn't sure why my phone was not delivered as scheduled, and they suggested that the best option is to cancel and place another order and cancel the order.

I asked them about the trade-in and asked if it could be applied to the following order, and they said no and said that I would receive credit for the already approved trade.

I requested them to add it to the notes about the credit, and they assured me that they did and asked me to reach out after two billing cycles.

When it was time, they said they could not issue the total credit and only issue $ 5$—and said they would ensure that the prior representatives who provided false information were corrected.

If I am not making a mistake, I read some pages back you returned it. So.... according to T & C of Tread in they will not return anyphone back.... so if they are giving you $5 take it.

In other word If I am correctly remember that our Sder posted here that He returned his as his Trade was not moving or not passed... by the return dead line approach... I could be wrong.. but remember it.

Device must have activated 60 days back, not the line. You can give it a try, worst case they are going to say no, will have to wait 60 days.

Unlocked my devices yesterday through chat, once the rep processed, got the notification on my phone that it's been unlocked. I have 3 on the account, one is 63 days other two are 57 days active, however rep still unlocked all with no questions.

Now it's time to cancel, since Spectrum going to charge for the whole month anyway, will wait a few more days and cancel Smilie

Sorry it's my bad, I meant to say 63 days and 57 days (not 93 and 87, not sure what was I thinking when I was writing the message: Edited my original message, thanks)
