I do not recommend Spectrum Mobile. They are an MVNO on Verizon towers and when the network is congested, you have little to no connection because your priority is so low. There is also no upgrade option for a prioritized connection. I dropped them after 1 month.

Trade in my Google Pixel 6A for $757 that I originally got from metro for $50 years ago. Makes this a true slickdeal 🫡

driver is most likely auto detect/install by windows. Do a factory reset on the phone before you flash.

I just flashed my s24u and s24+.

thank you

My bill promotion expired this month, so I called Spectrum to try lower the price back to my original payment. They checked account and found a promo for $39.99 internet with a free unlimited mobile line for a year which I opted to. Now I got a free phone line for future deals... =D

Hi, a question about unlock. i thought once the S24 unlocked, it will work with any carrrier. But on bay, there is a listing stating it is unlocked at&T, tmobile and cricket. it is "GSM unlocked" and ready to use on GSM carrier, but not on Verizon or sub-mvno.

i am confused. Does that mean this S24 from spectrum, even if unlocked, will not work on GSM carrier?

Today is my 60 days. Unlock 2 phones on 2 lines literally took a few seconds to done online via chatting.
I'm thinking to refresh the phones and have done some reading and study, looks like pretty straightforward to do it but can someone please tell me what's the phone driver for? From the steps and youtube videos I have watched, seems no need at all. Just need the correct version of Odin and that's pretty it.

Thanks a lot
Luck you. One of min is 61 days. they won't unlock. the other one 64 days, unlocked.

I am a bit worried, but the one with 61days was done in store. and the tech person doesn't seem as well versed. now spectrum says they can only see my purchase date, but not activation date in their system

In the another thread, one person traded 2 phones in one account, they wouldn't let that person unlocked the 2nd phone due to the activated date isn't full 60 days!!
I'm not sure for certain but maybe spectrum is catching up and starting to force a full 60 days activation rule on each device now?
But before this person, the other had reported unlocking multiple phones on the same lines without any problems, so it's kind of confusing now.

You should have all records of each device's activated date on the spectrum app or online under your account...it's clear to see, they can't deny that if its a full 60 days from activated date

Anyone has both s24+ and s24U on hand?
I have both and unlocked last week...haven't flashed them yet because so far working good with t-mobile Sim cards.
But today I just found out that my s24u has video calling in regular phone app but s24+ doesn't. The setting of video calling is grayed out on s24+, can't be set.
Anyone knows any solution to this?

Thanks a lot

I think it is their system problem. the spectrum agent just can't push through in the system. so i guess if that is the case, i will have to go through Fcc again......

I learned my lesson from flip 5. i spent hundreds of hours on the call with spectrum to unlock my flip 5. 6 month, no result. Finally someone on this web recommended filing FTC complaints. and it solved the problem in 2 weeks.

No you just insert the sim back in when asking for unlock.

The sim doesn't need to stay the whole 60 days.
I can confirm this, one phone was originally activated on an esim, then I swapped the esim to another phone and activated the other phone. One phone was only active with a spectrum esim for about 45 days, but they unlocked both phone on day 60.

In the last month I only had 2 active lines. Used them to unlock 5 devices.
