Yes, it's definitely targeted, just like any other CC promos with Amazon. Having said that the code worked on my secondary account as well.

And theres still billions of items sold by amazon. Just think about what you need thats $10 or more. There are an endless amount of possibilities. Even gift cards work. Starbucks, household items, supplies, etc etc...

I already had my Double Cash linked.
I guess I am ineligible because it did not work on gift cards.
