Well....... Maltodextrin should have more regulation and studies. It's a man-made item that can be overused as sweetener, thickener, and filler which comes with a high glycemic response and can be an issue for great many people. Mind you, it doesn't show properly in the Nutritional facts, which is a HUGE reason why it should be looked at - a lot more.
