Malware built in according to Amazon reviews. Even if you remove it the malware gets reinstalled with each reboot.

Always before using a new PC, make a backup of the OEM OS and Software. Then remove the original HDD or NVMe SSD and replace it with a brand new HDD or NVMe SSD. Download Windows from Microsoft, and install a fresh clean version of the OS, then you dint have to worry about OEM Bloatware or Installation of applications. Take the HDD or NVMe SSD and completely format it then use it as a Backup drive or toss it if you want. I did this with my first Ace Magic mini PC, I replaced Ram (Maxed it out), and NVMe SSD (Maxed it out also) Downloaded Windows 11 Pro from Microsoft and was up and running within a few minutes.

Wipe it.

The first thing I did when I got my GMKtec was boot into an Ubuntu USB stick and clean installed.

You can just fully format the drive, no need to replace it. Hell, if you're super paranoid, you can DBAN the drive and then format and clean install, no malware is going to survive that.

True but it is better to replace drive with a better brand, the one inside is some Chinese generic drive. Plus I would rather have more storage power. So it's better to replace the drive than just format it and keep using a crappy drive.

Just do a clean install... Which you should do with basically any computer... Especially Chinese based brands.
