Very high in sodium and they try to hide that by making the serving size only 2 ounces (serving sizes for meats is usually 4 ounces).

For comparison, Sam's Club canned chicken is 370 mg salt in a 3 oz serving. This product has about 30% more salt per serving.

What this means is if you use this chicken in a recipe with added salt, cut down on how much salt you put in.

This is incorrect. The 40% is off the 53.33 regular price making the deal price 38.79. You will get the additional 15% extra savings off of the subscription if you have your 5+ for the month. No where on Amazon will you get this pack for $21.33.

If youre not single, and have a Costco membership, the Costco canned chicken is 270mg per 2oz and is less than $2.75/lb.
