I'm not normally in favor of that strategy. But in this instance, we're not talking about a product that deteriorated due to consumer use. You got a bum disc. You followed protocol. The company failed to respond within your return window.
AFAIC, whether you go through Arrow or go through a retail store, either way, the defective disc ends up back with Arrow. You paid for a working disc and you're entitled to a working disc.
