I'm going back and forth in my head on returning, but yes, returning is a pain between throwing away the box already and dealing with the wall mount. Many lessons learned from this experience.

I hope one of those lessons is always keep the box. 😟

Any idea which benefit program gets the best discount? ie. first responder, vs military vs government?

I think it depends on the promotion. If you look at past deal threads, sometimes it's EDU and sometimes WORK, and sometimes both are the same. I don't recall seeing many or maybe any deals specific or better for MILITARY. No idea about GOV. I think this particular deal applies to neither EDU nor MILITARY.

I am dealing with this same issue right now. The game mode constantly makes the tv go black randomly. Except I kept the box. I usually mount my own tv, but I since I had someone do it, its going to be a massive hassle unmounting and putting everything back in the box. I scheduled both a repair and return because I was so angry the tv wasn't working. My brother has my Samsung plasma from 13 years ago and its still works. I can't believe they let this tv continue to be sold with these issues.

bought this with EPP few months ago at this price. Have the 65"
absolutely stunning tv. zero regrets. have had a C2 lg oled in the past and the increased brightness on Samsung is definitely a much needed improvement. I won't be buying another TV for years to come. I cant imagine anything being better than this.

I did end up returning it and it's getting picked up today. Dealing with Samsung for this has been a pain every step of the way. Hopefully they give the full refund without a fight.

I hope you get your matter sorted. I've been dealing with Samsung as well and it is absolutely a pain. They sent me a broken tv and replacement has been pushed back "due to an unexpected delay." Been waiting for 4 weeks!

Good luck to you.

Any luck ordering the 77" anybody? I'm trying with my nursing id.me but Samsung keeps on cancelling my order. They say it's my info not matching but that can't be true because I have tried bought it without the EPP and it went through and I had to cancel

Anyone that got the free 2 year plan AND the professional mounting care to share their cart page showing the discounts? The samsung rep I am chatting with is only offering me one or the other.

Also said I can get 10% off but that is proving to be a bust as well.

Is anyone still able to see this pricing? I am seeing $2159.99 now for the 65". I'm guess I missed it.
