When a 5G handset is used, USMobile data is prioritized on the Verizon network -- otherwise data is de-prioritized and akin to Infimobile.
USMobile allows you to use your data as hotspot. Infimobile you have to pay an additional fee to use your data as hotspot

Supposedly the shareable data plans offer the $2/gb top up but people are posting on reddit sub that it does not apply to the Lite plan, that the rates are much higher
Though someone did say "improvements" are coming, but the cheap top ups were already implemented on other plans
