When a 5G handset is used, USMobile data is prioritized on the Verizon network -- otherwise data is de-prioritized and akin to Infimobile.
USMobile allows you to use your data as hotspot. Infimobile you have to pay an additional fee to use your data as hotspot

Tello (known cheapest provider) doesn't have hard cap data but it is pricier and taxes not included. As for Mint Mobile, if you can get the promo pricing of free months. It's probably better deal overall.
