From RTINGS.com[rtings.com]- 7.2/10 - The Hisense A6/A65K is a budget, entry-level 4k TV released in 2023 as the replacement to the Hisense A6H. Part of Hisense's A-Series lineup, it's a basic TV with very few additional features and limited picture and motion-processing capabilities. It's available in a 43-, 50-, 55-, 65-, and 75-inch size, so there's something for almost any room setup. The biggest change in 2023 is the addition of a PFS-phosphor coating, allowing the TV to display a wider color gamut than most comparable budget models, making it a good choice for people who don't want to spend a lot on a TV but still care about picture quality.
ahh man, just make the 85" $599 already!

If u really need a TV spend a few extra and go with u7 more value for your money and a better picture. Not saying buy a hisense but 1 tier then this 6 tv is so much better overall.
I actually just got this TV about 5 hours ago (Costco delivery). It's a good TV but if you plan on watching movies in the dark, be prepared for serious light bleed on the edges. For watching TV shows, playing games, and daytime viewing it's awesome. I spent most of my viewing time during movies looking at the right edge that feels almost like there is a perfectly uniform strip of light going all the way up and down. Changing the backlight to 50 makes it a little less noticeable but dang... You get what you pay for.
(If anyone else has this TV please let me know if this is a defect or just how this thing is supposed to look. Perhaps it just needs to settle for a few days because of the way it was shipped / handled / packaged)
A nice thing about the 65" and up A6s is that the stands have two positions built-in. TVs used to have one big foot in the middle but most have skinny legs on the end requiring either a wide stand. This one has a position to put the skinny legs closer together allowing it to sit on my 48" wide TV stand. It sits in a corner so VESA alternative mounting is complicated.
Considered this one black Fri, 530 at Best buy. Couldn't find a floor model to gauge quality of, but ended up going with the u6 75 for 650 instead and glad I did just on stats alone. (HUGE upgrade for me from a 10yr old 50inch 1080p Panasonic, non smart TV, but for 650 for a qled 75, VERY happy with the u6. Still 650 at Walmart)
