Getting parts -- like the replacement auger and scraper -- is a huge hassle, they don't make many of them and they go out of stock quickly. The quality is slipshod, and forget trying to find new batteries.
If you plan to throw this away in a few years when the batteries wear out, then this isn't an awful deal. But it's not really that great.
