The TV was delivered 3 days (early) before the installer showed up. They wanted to leave my 85in TV at the CURB and threatened to take it back if they couldn't leave it in the street!. They reluctantly brought to my porch but refused to carry it upstairs and inside the house. Fortunately I had some other workers at my house and they offered to help me carry it up. It set in my living room for 2 days until the scheduled install day.
On the morning of I got a call from some online handy-man service to confirm my appt time. 1 (ONE) guy shows up with a hand drill at the designated time. NO OTHER TOOLS at all. He was pissed the other guy didn't show and I had to convince him to stay and that I would help him. He was horrible and would only do it if I talked to the dispatcher to tell them to pay him for the full install vs half.
I had to use my level, drill bits, measuring tape, etc. He insisted that he couldn't install ti where I wanted because it HAD to be centered with the studs (it doesn't) He put about 16 holes in the wall, lost the anchors in the walls, stripped the hardware, hung it crooked. After an hour or so I told him to get the fark out of my house.
Samsung did fully refund my delivery and installation fee of several hundred bucks or so IIRC so at least they fixed that part but jeeeez.

I may buy it at $800 but not $1000.
The price shows $1000 for EPP but $1250 for EDU and public.
