They are probably cancelling Walmart orders to fulfill those who ordered from HP.
Fine, but they need to fess up to that instead of hiding behind "Unfortunately, it looks like we're unable to deliver order ########### to your address due to location or carrier restrictions, so we had to cancel." 😜

Got the 2 I ordered from HP.

Set it up with my Lenovo 7i. Works great with my 2 monitors. One is an Ultrawide and I was having problems finding a decent priced dock that would allow the UW to use the full resolution when 2 monitors were in use.

ok thanks. I searched but probably missed it. I'm wondering if Walmart orders might get tiered after HP site orders. Just a hunch.
I ordered both from HP and Walmart around the same time. Walmart's order arrived yesterday, HP's order shipped today. This docking station kit is quite hefty/substantial and came in a larger box than expected. It also came with 4 different international plug/cable sets which I imagine each alone would probably costs $10 each. I am not surprised if Targus really charges corporations/governments at least $100 if not the MSRP price around $300.

Did you need to install the Targus software for this? I got mine today and did a quick test on my work laptop and could not get video work and I have no ability to install anything on my work laptop.

Call them up or chat online and ask for cancellation.. they'll ship it to you right after. Worked for me.

It says processing on the order status, but they told me it has an arrival date of Feb 1st.

Interesting. I have a dell dock for work and I think it also costs around the same normally.

Not sure if can run without the Targus software. If you do need it, you might want to ask if your IT group can install it for you. They can remote in and run the software installation.

My laptop has Thunderbolt 4. I used the included USB C cable and the displays were detected. I had to change positions and resolutions, but it worked without installing the software.

As long as your laptop supports Alternate Displays over USB-C. It should work without their software.

did you use the included cable?

I think you only need the software if you're having to use Display Link.

I mentioned earlier I received my Walmart order, realize I don't need it after opening it. If anyone interested PM me I will sell it for $20+tax, otherwise will just return it.
