I imagine most people who have one nearby and shop there check the weekly circulars, but thought this was a pretty killer price for lower cost fish fillets and figured some folks might find the post helpful. I'm in Orlando, FL, not sure if the circulars are the same for all their stores or if they vary by city and state. I checked a random store in Jacksonville and it appeared to have the exact same sales. Came out to $3.33/lb for me for the tilapia fillets, looks like you can get all the same type or mix and match. They're individually wrapped too which is nice if you're not planning to thaw and prepare the whole package at once. This is just Winn-Dixie's store brand I think (Fisherman's Wharf).
I believe you do need to be a Winn-Dixie Rewards member to get this price, although the first couple times I shopped there before joining a few years back the cashier had a barcode they scanned for non-members to get the sale price. So I'm not sure if you technically have to be a rewards member. If you are, they also seem to be offering a 10x points multiplier currently, which equates to 10% back in points (making it effectively 3 for $9 if you can use the points toward a future purchase). So be sure to activate it before shopping.

To answer your other question.. yes the circulars show different pricing on some items (steak especially), depending on location. Southern Brands also owns Fresco Y Mas stores, which are rebranded Winn Dixie stores.. pricing is very similar, but sometimes cheaper than Winn Dixie.
There is a potential for some toxins in them.

Never fails in a food based deal. It's like they have an ivory tower to tell us how good they eat.
