None in stock near me, but I recall seeing on another sale site the Delta version of this saw also on sale below $300. I'll see if I can find it...

Edit: Menard's had the 10" Delta slider for $250 and the 12" Delta slider for $350. Both are arguably the same as the Ridgid but different colors.

At home depot right now, seems like this is going to be the new price?
There is a tag next to it saying "new lower price".
The 12" is also labeled as "new lower price" @ $389
Guess no one was buying @ $430...

Edit, ended up buying a 15% in store coupon at quik coupons using their "vip40" discount code.
Bought HD gift card at Safeway for some fuel points.
Total cost came to be $205 + $18 = $223 after taxes not including fuel discount

When tools show up at Menards at a significantly lower price, those tools usually end up being old stock. You may never see this saw again, or there may be a newer version coming. Menards price today is $270.

I potentially have some home projects that will require a boatload of miter cuts, so I bit on this deal. I haven't really been shopping at all for miter saws, but this definitely seems like a really low price for something better than a Ryobi.
