I bought one last month. The Home Depot site was weird about availability but the store had multiple in stock. No price card nearby or display, just stored near the other saws.

In northern IL this is the everyday price, not clearance or sale tagged. I have no idea why, but that's what it is.

This post confused me because that's just what our everyday price is, but I 100% agree it's a slick deal - just mislabeled at the store most likely.
