Also, try using a foot powder or spray on your feet as well as inside your socks and shoes. They absorb moisture as well as deodorize. And if your shoes stink, get a shoe dryer to aerate them. Rubbery, springy insoles with gel are not good for your feet. Theyre cheap for a reason. These insoles are not good. Powerstep, Superfeet, and custom insoles are the way to go. Literally every good insole has firm support for the shape of your feet because thats the best type of support for feet. They dont use gel or rubber.
Edit - If youre buying Hoka, New Balance, Brooks, or whatever and actually spending money on a good shoe at a store the whole insole push by the store is just for making an additional sale.

If you aren't on your feet all day or don't have messed up feet like I do this may work though!
