I use nasal strips every night. In my experience, the tan ones stick better than these clear ones. The clear ones have a more plastic feel to them. However, at less than 23 cents per strip, this is a pretty good deal. This is the best brand to go with also. Other brands and cheap knock-offs do not stick as well. These are also good when you're home and your nasal passages are congested, they help you breathe easier. For better sticking power, wash/rinse your nose skin beforehand, then dry with a towel before applying. To remove, S L O W L Y peel off of your skin. If you do it too quickly, it'll feel like you've taken some skin off as well (not pleasant.)

I agree with the eval. The tan ones stick better. Walmart brand is not good. Kroger brand is better. Costco had a 72 pack a couple months ago at a great price so watch for the sales. I bought 2.

Cpap and nasal strips every night. Good combo to be able to function next day
Can I ask which kind of face mask you use? I use a nasal mask personally

Wondering how much of an overlap there is between people that use these and people that should be using a CPAP machine...

I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea, and picked up a CPAP machine and all that recently. Really helps and I get better quality sleep in less time most nights. I tried these nasal strips some years ago and they supposedly helped reduce my snoring a bit... But I think using cpap probably helps me a lot there too.

Thoughts?
Likely fair amounts of overlap but far from everyone. Technically the CPAP is for apnea where you stop breathing for a bit.... Although everyone I know with the machine and a spouse says it made a huge difference for snoring as well. Snoring and apnea have a fair amount of correlation from what I can find in the research, but not everyone with one has the other.

These worked for me well, to the point it was a nightly routine. Although if this is a chronic issue for you like it was for me, I highly suggest going to your doctor and ask if RhinAer is an option. It's a little wand they put in your nose that shoots some magic frequencies in it and opens up the airway. I honestly don't understand how it works but I have it done every 6 months now and have no issues day or night. Hope that helps somebody.
I've never heard of RhinAer, I'm going to look into it TY! I believe if it wasn't for Breathright strips I'd likely be dead. 😆

Yes everyone, use the tan strips if you can. They are def the best but these would work in a pinch if needed I guess.

You can also get a mandibular advancement device. It's like a retainer that moves your lower jaw forward to open up your airway. Get fitted by a sleep doctor so you don't mess up your teeth and jaw.

If you need this to sleep, perhaps take a look at this https://www.intakebreathing.com saw it in IG and decided to try it, and it works really well. Obviously more expensive, but it works for me. The adhesive really stay put for a day in my really greasy nose.

The starter kit brings 4 bands, if they sell them separate, the small and medium should fit most noses. Not sure people that would use the larger ones will have sleeping problems, hopefully.

Yep, had full face for yrs, but then switched to the nasal mask the last 10 yrs. Works better. Able to sleep on side much more easily.
