You're missing alot in the 'CONS' column for the Alldocube:

No Widevine L1
Audio is horrible
Software support will be garbage

128G is reasonable. I have a few other Samsung tablets which came with only 32G. They are all useless with no internal storage left for software upgrade.

OK... this is my issue but before I talk about it I will say...

CPU is as low as you would want to go... G99 (it does play games well enough), 8GB or RAM IS GOOD and 128 Hard Drive is GOOD.

It is like EVERYTHING is good... WRONG!!!!

This is what is wrong... you can get a iplay 50 mini pro NFE with 8GB or RAM, with 128GB hard drive for $120.00 AND IT ALSO has a G99 CPU/GPU. Yes this is a 8.4" screen BUT it is almost half the price with the same internal specs less the screen size.

The a7 lite is great. Replaced a nexus 7. Not very fast, yes but capable definitely. Works great for media browsing and media consumption like YouTube, etc. Long battery life as well if use for that purpose.

I would not use it for anything processor demanding.

So make sure you know what you are doing before buying the lite.

I ended up buying the 64 gb Tmobile version + bookcover from the samsung website through the corporate perks. ended up paying $231 for it

are these still unable to output from usb to hdmi external monitor via cable? (not talking about wireless link like smart view or chromecast - which has too much lag/compression for my tastes I do app based board gaming sessions off of these and I would like output lossless quality if possible to an external monitor)

Stopped by Best Buy (who Amazon and B&H are price matching) and they had an open box excellent condition for the same price. Manager knocked it down to $189.99 for me. Amazon's model number listing (required) is under item description. I had to show him this to get the additional discount. Same exact model. They were only offering to knock it down to $199, but they could give me an additional $10 off if they could price match a competitor's sale price.

The NFE model does have WIdevine L1 support.

Yes, the speaker on the iplay 50 mini pro NFE does suck, that is why I use headphones BUT it does have a 3.5mm jack.

Software support will be garbage... I am sure you are right. BUT currently, both the Tab S9 and the iplay 50 mini pro BOTH have November 2023 Security from Google. Shockingly, there have been four updates for the iplay 50 mini pro.

You can also say that Samsung has a TON of bloatware and the iplay 50 mini pro NFE has ZERO bloatware.

Got the 64GB version for $25.99 from Samsung with my S24U purchase after $150 off.
It works for YouTube, email, web, security cam monitor for what I would use it for.
What sucks is the S24U is soooo fast,then you goto the A9+ and you can feel the speed difference.

Was looking at getting a Pixel tablet but not after seeing the reviews and it's $500. This looks really good for $220 actually, also expandable storage.
