In summary, it's a good deal if you like Star Wars or haven't played the good ones in this set. If you just need KOTOR and KOTOR 2, then you can probably pick those up cheaper a la carte. Keep in mind that it's been 20 years since they came out, so they're deeply discounted now.

I think Steam is the only ones that made a current fix, but it's only for their steam deck controllers. Also when you play through Steam, the fixes to rename/remove certain files do not work, because when you start/restart the game, it automatically downloads them again.
