It's not the best specc'd thing in the world, but if you're a student on a really tight budget you can't go wrong ($100 is about the lowest it gets)

It is (basically) a big phone or tablet with keyboard attached. Most of those devices also do just fine with 32gb of 'HD' space as you won't be using it has a media server or installing MS Flight Simulator.

Yeah, its a netbook. Basic office apps come installed already so the only real storage space you'll be using is for docs and photos or maybe an odd game or app from the Play Store. 99% of 'apps' are going to be mobile apps, not larger desktop programs so they should take up minimal space.

I'm currently playing BG3 on my 32gb Chromebook from like 6 years ago. Before that was Witcher 3, Crusader Kings 3 and Hoi4.
